Refund policy

You can reschedule your 1 session only once and within your session's validity period.
We highly recommend rescheduling only when it is necessary or really urgent.
You need to contact ULA Team at least 6 hours prior to your Booked Slot time to RESCHEDULE, Failing to do so will be taken as a session done by the system.

We usually take at least 2-4 business days to REFUND. Thank you for your cooperation.
Suppose Unfolding Life with Amit's (ULA) Team is not able to assign you the session within 7 days of your payment. Please Note, No session will be given if you request us for a refund in this case.
If by any chance or any reason you change your mind or don’t wish to attend the session after payment you may contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time and request to get a full refund.
Suppose you wish to discontinue your package subscription in between because of any reason, a partial refund will be given to you.

If you can not be present at the assigned time, you must tell the coach at least 6 hours before the booked slot, failing to do so will cancel your 60 minutes from the package or your session.
Suppose, you have completed your package minutes and are not happy with the services, No refund will be given in this scenario.
You need to take your sessions under the validity period of the sessions, failing to do so will cancel all your subscriptions and no refund will be given in that scenario. You need to re-opt the packages and restart your journey.
A coach holds the choice to change your appointment time and slot if necessary. No complaints will be taken into consideration for that.
Usually, Session happens once or twice a week and is based on the convenience of you as well as the coach. You can request the coach to have the session as soon as possible but the coach will have the final say in selecting the day and time for you.
